This sums it up for me: in other words I live in the moment
One thing I’ve discovered is this:
the good life is not about comfort, “success”, stuff, or achievements.
No.
It’s more about meaning, doing what we love, simplicity, being healthy, and being surrounded by people we love.
I’ve also learned that most of us want to feel in control of our lives.
BUT,
having high expectations can ruin your happiness.
So make sure you live more in the moment, spontaneously.
