Because of my profession, I only have few experience in my pocket.
I've been an introvert for as long as I can remember. I gained weight, became lazy to do physical activities, etc.. you name it. I'm that couch potato type of dude.
But recently I'm trying my very best to get out of my comfort zone. I'm now on my journey to loose weight aiming to obtain that fit and healthy lifestyle.
PS: I still have that Dadbod type of body. I just recently started doing this transformation. So if you're not into fat guys like me. you know what to do.
Hopefully I meet some good ladies around here for casual meetups or depends on what you want and probably share some insights too.
