Probably through sheer boredom. Well in my defence, the TV is awful tonight. Come to think of it, if i hadn't got fed up and deleted my profile last time out, i wouldn't be sitting here having to do it all again. Forward planning eh?
What am i looking for? Not sure really (useful eh?). I suppose like everyone else, it would be good to meet someone you get that special connection with. Easier said than done.
Hobbies: Football mainly. I play five a sides 4 or 5 times a week in an effort to keep fit, and also to collect as many injuries as possible. The first part i'm just managing, the second part - no bother. Also played cricket (don't laugh) and used to be a good golfer.
Apart from sport, i like the usual stuff, ie nights out, nights in with good company, good music (our definitions on this may vary!), good conversations etc.
Goals: Christ, is there anyone out there who actually LIKES answering this question? Anyway i don't think that far ahead, as long as i'm safely in a job and enjoying life, that's fine with me.
Myself and What Makes Me Unique: ****!! This is worse than the last question. Ummmm OK you know the basics from above and if you're still reading you're not bored yet, which is a small victory for me. I'm a quite easygoing, good guy with a daft streak from time to time (note: this usually involves vodka in some way). I'm 36 now (insert "crying" avatar) and have black hair which is suffering a hostile takeover by the gray. Or grey. However you spell it. Anyway, i'm a decent guy, quiet-ISH at first, but (hopefully) good company, and i do have a somewhat sarcastic sense of humour.
Anyway, that's me. If you want to know more get in touch. I don't bite (this is where most people would type in something like "unless you ask" or something similarly cliched and unfunny. So i won't).
First DateIdeal first date would be a wee bar lunch somewhere nice (well that's obvious i suppose!) or a coffee and a chat. Something along those lines. Cinema on first date is just death. You can't speak for about 2 hours!
I'm not one of those people that puts Abseiling or Bungee Jumping as a first date in order to look really cool. Besides, holding a conversation while falling at terminal velocity attached to a big bloody rubber band wouldn't be my idea of fun. Yet.
