I really love all of Sia’s songs but this just hits different. One thing I’ve mastered all these years is bottling up my emotions and wearing a smile throughout the day. Matching with people’s energy is only way to survive for me. As the eldest daughter I have to be an obedient child, the one who doesn’t complain, the one who listens to everything and obeys all the orders. I have to be that perfect to become a good example for my younger siblings. I have to shoulder all those responsibilities that comes along with being the eldest child in the house.
